Cafe Rio is our favorite place to eat. I don't think there has ever been a time that my kids have complained about eating here. In Utah we had the luxury of eating here more often. Now by luxury, I mean, there were multiple locations to choose from. Now that we live in AZ, the closest Cafe Rio is 1 Hour away. That's quite a trek, but very worth it. It took us several months to get there,but we made it! Kids got all straight A's for the first quarter of school, so we thought it would be a great reward for everyone. The best part was that there was a BYU game the same day we went, and we were surprised to see some fellow BYU fans. Not a common sight in these neck of the woods. It was comfort food for sure.
